A case involving three suspects charged with nine counts of manslaughter, manufacture and sale of adulterated alcohol City 5 Pineapple flavoured gin has been adjourned to September 13.

ARUA - A Magistrates' Court in Arua has adjourned a case involving three suspects charged with nine counts of manslaughter, manufacture and sale of adulterated alcohol City 5 Pineapple flavoured gin to September 13.

Acting Senior Magistrate Grade One Arua Tukahaabwe Edgar on September 6 remanded three suspects for the second time because his court had no jurisdiction to handle the case. 

The suspects are Rose Inzikuru, Gideon Adule and Godfrey Norman,

The trio were remanded to Arua Government Prison until September 13, to appear before the Chief Magistrate’s Court for mention of their case.
